Shipping and returns

DELIVERY

All orders will be shipped via UPS, followed by a tracking number. 


We offer free standard shipping to EU countries for orders over 300€. 


UPS Standard: 

3.5 to Poland / 15€ to EU countries / 25€ to Asian countries / 25 to NA countries.


UPS Express: 

8 to Poland / 25€ to EU countries / 30€ to Asian countries / 30 to NA countries. 


Preparing of the shipment takes up to 3 working days for in-stock products and up to 45 working days for pre-ordered styles. International delivery times vary depending on destination.


The prices on our site are in Euros. All orders will be shipped from EU.

 

Import tax is a tax imposed by a government on goods from other countries. Each country has their own import taxation legislation and duty percentage. Purchasers importing goods are responsible for handling any duties and taxes incurred, and will need to work with customs to settle any amounts owed.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


RETURNS

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, returns for full refunds or exchanges will be accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery. 


Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post or courrier.


We will only accept returns of items that are unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. For health and hygiene issues, earrings cannot be returned. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.

Our Customer Service will issue your Return Number. Fill out the Return Form and put it the box. In case of lack of the form, processing time may be delayed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
